FAQ

I have heard of a doula, but what is a postpartum doula? What is the difference between the two?

A postpartum doula provides hands-on, non-medical support to families in the weeks and months after birth. That can include newborn care guidance, breastfeeding/bottle-feeding support, light household help, emotional support and reassurance, and helping the whole family adjust to life with a new baby — so you can rest, heal, and settle into parenthood with more confidence and less overwhelm.

What is "coaching" and why do you offer it?

Do you offer night shifts?

As of now, I support families starting as early at 6am, and staying as late as midnight.
